If a new person is holding a core role within the organization, then they will need a personalized e-mail address in the format of: firstname@buddhistgeeks.org
Follow these instructions on how to add an account for a new user.
For simplicities sake, most people want their "name@buddhistgeeks.org" address to forward to a personal address. Follow these steps to set-up e-mail forwarding from their new account:
Login to GSuite with the newly created account info
At the top right, click Settings Settings.
Select the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab
Click the "Add a forwarding address" button
Type in the new team member's preferred personal e-mail address and click "Next"
Click "Proceed"
They will need to confirm this new forwarding situation by clicking a link that's sent to their forwarding address.
Click on "GSuite" and then Manage your Google Account
Go to the "Security" tab on the account page and scroll down to the "less secure app access."
Turn on access
Toggle ON Less secure app access
All done!
