Here on the Buddhist Geeks Meta we transparently share the how & what of Buddhist Geeks. In terms of the "how", on this site we share the documented work processess that we use internally to record the podcast, host virtual trainings, and put on in-person retreats (among other things). Anything that we regularly do for the project, and develop regular processes around, we work to document on the Buddhist Geeks Meta site so that others, both those working internally on this project & those working on similar external projects, can do the same. We also share open financial information on [📊Buddhist Geeks Program Metrics](https://meta.buddhistgeeks.org/about/transgenerosity/metrics). This is the "what" of the Buddhist Geeks Meta. \
\
We believe that the potential for culture that the internet opens up for us, is one of openness, transparency, and generous sharing. It’s our sincere hope, and aspiration, that by sharing what we learn, we can help speed up the learning process of humanity itself.
